1. Non-Refundable Policy

• All payments made toward the Revitalize Retreat are non-refundable. This includes the initial deposit, any monthly payments, and the full retreat fee. Please ensure your availability and commitment prior to booking.

2. Payment Options and Requirements

• You may select either a pay-in-full or monthly payment option to secure your spot. Payments must be completed by the due dates outlined upon registration. If monthly payments are chosen, all scheduled payments must be made on time. Failure to complete payments on schedule may result in forfeiture of your spot, and any payments already made will not be refunded.

3. Retreat Cancellation

• If we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, or restrictions imposed by local or international authorities, participants will be given the option to transfer their payments to a future retreat date or receive a refund. 

4. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in all retreat activities. Any known medical conditions or requirements should be disclosed to the retreat organizers upon registration. The retreat organizers are not liable for any health issues that arise during the retreat.

5. Personal Responsibility and Liability

• By attending this retreat, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, safety, and behavior. The retreat organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the retreat.

6. Photo and Media Release

By participating in the retreat, you grant permission to Free Your Wild Coaching to take photographs, videos, or other recordings during the retreat and to use these materials for promotional or educational purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

• To maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment, all participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that fosters a positive retreat experience. Any behavior that disrupts the retreat or disrespects other participants, facilitators, or the retreat environment may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund.
