1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. By enrolling in Restore, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Coaching Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility

• The Restore program does not constitute medical advice.
• Results are dependent on your personal commitment and participation. While the tools and techniques provided are effective, individual results vary.

3. Intellectual Property & Program Use

• All program content, including videos, audios, worksheets, and written materials, are the intellectual property of Diane Miller and Free Your Wild LLC.
• You may not share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Program without express written permission.
• This program is for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, including resale, redistribution, or incorporation into your own programs.

4. Participant Conduct & Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, participants agree to:
Engage in the program with integrity and respect.
Refrain from harmful or disruptive behavior within any program discussions or community spaces.
Respect confidentiality—what is shared within the group stays within the group.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

By participating in Restore, you acknowledge that:

• You assume full responsibility for any actions taken as a result of this program.
• Diane Miller and Free Your Wild LLC are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

6. Payment & Access

• Payment must be made in full (or via agreed-upon payment plan) before accessing the Program.
• If on a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Program without access to future materials.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denver, Colorado.
