By registering for REWILDING, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

All payments made for this retreat are non-refundable. Once you complete your registration and payment, no refunds will be issued.

2. Payment Policy

A full payment or deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat. If paying a deposit, the remaining balance is due before the retreat start date. 

3. Assumption of Risk

By attending the retreat, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in activities that may involve physical, emotional, and mental exertion. You agree to assume all risks associated with the retreat and release the organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the retreat. The organizers reserve the right to remove any individual from the retreat who violates the code of conduct or engages in behavior that disrupts the experience of others. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before attending the retreat. You agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the organizers to ensure the well-being of all participants.

6. Photo and Media Release

By participating in the retreat, you grant permission to [Company Name] to take photographs, videos, or other recordings during the retreat and to use these materials for promotional or educational purposes.
