- how do I get there?
Fly into San José (SJO). As we get closer I'll send you exactly how to get from the airport to the door, and I'll support you in coordinating it. Most years that means sharing a private shuttle with the other women so you arrive already bonded with your people.
I promise the travel is so worth it. The moment you arrive and see the view, you will forget every moment it took to get there.
- what's included in the price?
Everything once you arrive. Three private chef-crafted meals daily, all ceremonies, circles, breathwork, movement, private photographer photos of the experience, the off-site adventure, and one dinner out together. You just have to get yourself there.
- how many women will be at the retreat?
This is an intentionally small and intimate group. Spaces are limited to keep the experience deep and personal. There will be a maximum of 10 women at the retreat including myself and the photographer.
- what do I need to bring?
You will receive a detailed packing list prior to the retreat but this is a rejuvenating and relaxing five days so pack whatever you are the most comfortable in! Leave a little extra room in your suitcase for some goodies you will get from me.
- what if I've never done anything like this?
You don't need to have anything figured out or prep or do anything to show up. You just need to be open.
- what if I need to cancel?

All payments are non-refundable, deposits included. Your spot is held just for you, and I commit to the villa, chef and team based on who's coming. Your money is not lost though. Email me by August 5, 2027 and you can either:
- Transfer your spot to another woman, who picks up any remaining balance.
- Keep what you've paid as credit toward a future Free Your Wild retreat within 24 months.
If a family emergency or a health crisis comes up after August 5, you are still not out your money. What you have paid moves with you to the next retreat.
If I cancel, you get a full refund. If something outside anyone's control stops the retreat, we move the dates and your payments move with them.
