One thing 45 minutes together And it stops being the loudest thing in your head

You've been carrying one thing around for months. The decision you keep making and unmaking. The pattern you keep bumping into. The situation that just will not leave you alone. And the part you don't say out loud… that you're a little embarrassed it's still a thing at all. Bring me that. Especially that. It feels enormous because you've been inside it, and nobody solves the thing they're standing inside of. I'm going to put you outside of it.

What you need to apply

You already know the thing

  • The job you've mentally quit four times and are still doing.
  • The conversation with your mom you've rehearsed in the car so many times you have it memorized.
  • The friendship that ended two years ago and you keep texting back anyway.
  • The yes you gave in April that you've been quietly dreading ever since.
  • The move. The one you price out at 11pm and then close the tab on.
  • The worry you've googled at 1am more times than you'd ever admit out loud.
  • The business decision you've made and unmade so many times your notes app has three versions of it.

You've thought about this damn thing more than anyone should have to. In the shower. At 4am on the way back from the bathroom. In the car. And that's the whole problem... you're inside it, and from in there it looks the size of your entire life. And that is exactly how your nervous system is experiencing it.

It isn't. It just gets to be that big when it's the only thing you ever look at.

What you get

What you walk away with

  • You leave with the thing smaller Smaller because you're finally standing outside of it looking in, and it turns out it has edges. And when a thing has edges you can put it down, walk around it, decide about it. When it has edges, you have power.
  • You leave with the looping off The 4am replay. The version you argue with in your head while you're loading the dishwasher. That stops, and you get back an absurd amount of head space, energy, and clarity.
  • You leave knowing exactly what to do next Not a twelve step plan you'll abandon by Tuesday. One thing, small enough to do this week, that changes your whole experience of the thing you walked in with.
  • You get me 1:1, in a one off session Which is not a thing I normally sell. Working with me privately starts at a multiple three figure investment and runs for months. This is 45 minutes of the same attention, for free, once.

It is not as big as it currently feels in your body. I promise. And I'm going to show you.

The 45 minutes

How it actually goes

Diane sitting quietly among the trees in Costa Rica
  1. 01 You say the thing out loud All of it, in one piece, to someone who isn't in it. Most women have never actually done that… it comes out in fragments to a friend over months. Saying it whole takes about four minutes and it's already smaller by the end of them.
  2. 02 I hear the pattern underneath the word vomit You'll ramble. Everyone rambles, and that's the point. My superpower is hearing what your system is saying, not just what you've got words for. Which is how we end up working on the root instead of the symptom you came in describing.
  3. 03 I see the blind spots you can't right now You've run the same three loops since March, and you cannot see around a corner you're standing inside. I'm not in it. So I catch the thing you keep steering around, the assumption you've stopped noticing you're making, the question you answer without ever asking.
  4. 04 We find the one move Not a plan. One move, the one you can make this week, that makes the next thing obvious. You'll usually know what it is before I say it, because that's how this work works.

That's the whole thing. No worksheet, no homework, no follow-up sequence sitting in your inbox for a month.

Before you get the wrong idea

What this isn't

  • It isn't therapy I'm not your therapist and we're not going back to when you were seven. We're working with what's in front of you right now.
  • It isn't a vent session You can absolutely vent. But venting is what you've been doing to your best friend for six months, and here you are.
  • It isn't me telling you what to do I'm not handing you my opinion on your life. You've got plenty of those already, from people who love you and still don't have to live with the outcome. We're going after what you already know and can't quite reach.

Who you're sitting with

Hi love, I'm Diane

Diane Miller sitting on a blanket in the Costa Rican rainforest
Costa Rica.

For years I felt stuck in patterns even though I'd done all the work. Therapy, self help books, journaling, you name it. I could trace a trigger back to its root and explain exactly why I was the way I was… and still not be able to shift a single thing about it.

I overthought decisions. I replayed conversations. I lived in a constant state of hyper vigilance, and I could hold it together for everyone else while running completely on fumes. Stillness felt foreign. I kept pushing, sure that once I got to the next level I'd finally feel free.

My freedom never came from doing. It came from learning how to be… in my life, in my body, in my own wisdom. Every overthinking spiral, every stuck feeling, all of it made sense the moment I looked at it through the lens of my body. That's when it started to move.

  • Hundredsof women guided out of survival mode
  • 1:1mentorship, group programs, international retreats
  • 45minutes, five women, one round at a time

Trauma informed coach, breathwork facilitator, nervous system educator. That's the credentials. What I actually do is walk with women through the chaos and show them how to come home to themselves.

I believe world peace starts with inner peace, and that women are the most powerful vessels for it. When we feel calm and safe in our own bodies, everything around us changes.

Five is the number because I read every application twice before you sit down, and I can't do that well for six.

In their words

What they send me afterward

  • Client message: Also I think you were wearing an oura ring so wanted to send you this… I have NEVER had a "restored" reading unless I am literally sitting on the couch reading, definitely never when I am talking to someone, so thank you for making me feel comfortable.
  • Client message: Literally the best 60 minutes of my month. You blew my mind. I can't wait to implement everything we talked about. She was right, you're a wizard.
  • Client message: Hi Diane, the free flow of yesterday's call was exactly what I needed. Thank you. I am feeling really good today and excited about all the possibilities. Have an amazing day.
  • Client message: I feel way better about everything after our session today. Thank you.
  • Client message: Thanks so much for yesterday. My husband commented last night that I seemed more chill than usual.
  • Client message: Diane you're the best. I'm crying happy tears because I needed to hear all of this. Thank you for validating and praising this awesome body. Seriously thank you.

Before you apply

The questions you're already having

What if my thing is stupid, or too small?

There's no minimum size. Some of the biggest shifts I've watched happen were over something that sounded like nothing when it was finally said out loud. If it's taking up room in your head, it qualifies. The size it looks like on paper has never been the point.

Why is it free?

Because I'm doing market research and I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up as a gift. I want to hear how women actually describe the thing they're circling, in their own words, and I want to test this format before I build anything around it. You get 45 minutes with me. I get to learn. With your permission I may use what comes out of it, anonymised, in my writing… and if you'd rather I didn't, say so and I won't. It changes nothing about the session.

What if I can't get it into one clear paragraph?

Write the messy version. There's no length limit on that field for a reason. If it comes out as nine things instead of one, that's useful information too, and I'll tell you so when I read it.

Is this going to turn into a pitch for something bigger?

No. You get the full 45 minutes on your thing. At the very end, if I think RESTORE would serve you, I'll say it in one sentence and leave it there. If I don't think it would, I won't mention it at all.

Is 45 minutes really enough?

For fixing your entire life, no. For one thing you've already spent months circling? It's more than you'd think. You've done the heavy lifting already… you just did it from the inside. Most of the 45 minutes isn't even me talking.

What happens after I apply?

I read every application myself. If it's a fit you'll hear from me within two business days with times. If it isn't, you'll still hear from me, and I'll tell you honestly what I'd do in your position instead.

Apply

Five questions. Four minutes

I read every one of these myself. Write it the way you'd say it.

I need something to call you.
That address doesn't look right… check it for me?
Give me a bit more. A sentence or two, in your own words.

No payment, no card, no catch.

Got it

Your thing is in my inbox and I'll read it properly, not skim it. You'll hear from me within two business days either way. Go do something else with the rest of your day.

What you're really afraid of is that this is going to keep feeling exactly this heavy... forever. That you'll be forty-five and still circling this exact thing.

It won't stop on its own. It hasn't yet, and you've given it months.

Forty-five minutes. Then you'll know how big it actually is.
