Before you press play
Set yourself up for ninety minutes.
Where
Somewhere you can lie down, or at least lean back into something. Bed counts. The floor counts. The good chair nobody else is allowed to sit in… definitely counts.
What you need
A pen and a piece of paper. Headphones if the house is loud. Water. Socks if your feet get cold. That’s the whole supply list… no mat, no outfit.
One thing before you start. You’re doing this with me, not watching me do it. So when I say close your eyes… close them. When I say let the exhale get long and loud, let it be loud. Nobody in your house is going to care as much as you think they will.
The parts where you actually move and breathe are the parts you’ll still feel tomorrow. So don’t skip ahead to the talking bits, even though I know you want to.

Let yourself be all here.
Zoom had a moment and ate my video, so the replay is slides only… but everything you need is there.
Trouble playing it? Refresh the page first, then try a different browser. Still stuck… email me and I’ll get you sorted the same day.
After
What happens next.
Now tell me your biggest aha.
Something is going to land while you’re in this. A sentence, a moment in one of the practices, one thing you didn’t realize you’d been doing for fifteen years. Don’t let it evaporate by tomorrow morning.
DM me on Instagram or email me and tell me the one thing that cracked open. One sentence is plenty. A voice memo is even better.
I read every single one… and it’s how I decide what to teach next.
I know your time is one of your most precious resources… the 90 minutes is worth it. I promise.
