I believe that healers are born, not made. That we have something deep in our bones to offer the world. I don't believe we are made in certifications but from the fires, rock bottoms, and health crises we have walked themselves through.Â
With that said, I am a Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, International Coaching Federation Certified Life Coach, Certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, EFT Tapping Practitioner, Certified in Hypnotherapy Level I, and Reiki Levels 1 & 2.
